Where is Teentopia MusicFest?
The festival will be held at the BackYard at SilverLakes, a 6-acre entertainment destination in the Inland Empire. The BackYard at SilverLakes Event Complex is located at 5555 Hamner Ave. in Norco, CA.
When is Teentopia?
Teentopia MusicFest will take place summer 2024 . Gates for the event will be open from 12:00–10:00 PM. There are no re-entry privileges at the event. (except for those with ALL ACCESS tickets)
Is there an age limit/rule?
Yes. Teentopia MusicFest is an exclusive drug and alcohol-free festival for teens between 13-19 years old. However, adult guardians (parents, siblings, etc.) are also welcome, but they must be on the same ticket reservation as eligible teen attendees. NO EXCEPTIONS
Will I need my ID?
Yes. Please ensure you bring identification with you to the event to be checked on entry.
ID examples you can use are:
- Student ID
- Learner’s permit
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Copy of birth certificate & current photo
- Proof of age card
Guardians must have a valid picture ID and arrive with and be on the same ticket reservation as an eligible teen attendee. NO EXCEPTIONS
Will there be security at the event?
Yes. There will be both uniformed bonded security personnel as well as event staff that will assist with event quality and overall supervision.
Will there be EMT services accessible at the event?
Yes. There will be several certified EMT’s patrolling the grounds as well as a clearly marked EMT Services Homebase Canopy.
Is there a place for parents to wait if they drop off their teen?
Yes. There will be food and beverage accommodations on property at the Fieldhouse restaurant.
When will tickets for Teentopia go on sale?
Pre-sale tickets go on sale soon, check back frequently for more details.
Do I have to purchase my tickets in advance?
Yes. Tickets will be available at TeenTopiaMusicFest.com. Advance online ticket sales will help ensure we stay within our capacity limits. Get your tickets as soon as they go on sale to make sure that you don’t miss out.
Will tickets be available at the gate?
We cannot guarantee tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Please purchase your tickets online in advance. We’d hate to have to turn you away if we are at full capacity, and parking fees are non-refundable.
Will you be selling a VIP pass?
VIP Upgrade passes will be available at the time of purchase or at a later date as an add-on prior to the event.
Where do I park?
There will be paid parking available at the event, or you can rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
Is there a charge for parking?
Parking will cost $15.00 for passenger cars and $25.00 for party buses or RVs. There will be ample parking at the event.
Will I be able to purchase parking in advance?
No, parking must be purchased on-site on the days of the event.
Will there be ADA accommodations at the event?
Teentopia welcomes all guests as a fully accessible event. See our Accessibility details for more information on accommodations that will be made available at the event for attendees with disabilities.
Is this event happening rain or shine?
Yes, this event will not be rescheduled due to poor weather conditions.
Are refunds available if Teentopia MusicFest is postponed or canceled?
If the festival is postponed or canceled your festival tickets will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, refunds will be offered within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date. If the festival is canceled, your festival tickets will be refunded directly through our ticket vendors.
Are refunds available if I can’t go to Teentopia?
There are no refunds or exchanges outside of postponements or cancellations to Teentopia MusicFest.
The only exception to this rule is if you test positive for Covid-19 within 10 days before the event date. To receive a refund in this case, you will need to provide documentation of your positive test.
Will you be posting artist set times in advance?
Yes, set times will be posted on the website a few days before the festival. New talent is being added to the lineup as we speak, so make sure you’re receiving festival updates to keep yourself posted on the latest news.

What can I NOT bring to the festival grounds?
Review our Event Rules page for a list of prohibited items inside Teentopia MusicFest. Keep in mind that all items brought into the event are subject to approval by security staff. Any bags will be searched upon entry to the event.
As a reminder, there is a zero-tolerance alcohol policy at this event. Any individual found in possession of alcohol of any kind, regardless of age, will be ejected from the event without a refund or possibility of re-entry.
Will there be food and drinks at the festival?
There will be a variety of food and beverages at Teentopia MusicFest, including food trucks. Alcohol, however, will not be served, regardless of age. Check out our Food & Drink page for more information on participating vendors.
What kind of bag can I bring to the festival?
Permitted bags are purses, bags, or backpacks smaller than 14x22x9 inches. Any bags larger than that size will not be permitted inside the venue. Review our Event Rules page for more information on our bag policy.
What Covid-19 safety precautions will be taken at the festival?
We will be following all local guidelines related to COVID-19 protocols. Please review our COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines for more information on what we’ll be doing to keep guests safe.
I am fully vaccinated. Do I have to wear a mask at the festival?
No. The festival will be held entirely outdoors, where mask mandates don’t apply.
If local requirements change to require masks at outdoor events of this size, this rule will be updated.
What are the other restrictions?
There is limited capacity at Teentopia MusicFest, so advance tickets are required.
